One “hot topic” of discussion during the 2011 NFL playoff season was Football Zone Girl Rebecca Grant. (video below) She was “news” again a year ago. Sort of.
Rebecca Grant is famous as “the Fox News Clippers fan boobs adjuster”
According to Mahalo.com she’s a “glamor model and television host best known for her appearance in men’s magazines such as Maxim and FHM.”
She was also a host on the show Truck Stop and Robot Wars: Extreme Warriors.”
That site also lists her birthplace as Buffalo, New York and her birthdate in 1968. Yes, she’s 45! (Hey, the picture at the top is about ten years old)
A woman in professional broadcasting, or striving to be, still talks like the main character in “The House Bunny” despite being in her mid 40s! What’s the world coming to? Rebecca Grant may be easy on the eyes, but my god is she annoying
So why are we talking about her now? Well, as Fox News put it (so you know it’s “fair and balanced”):
Fast forward to 2015, and Grant’s beloved Clippers are back in the playoffs, fighting elimination in their series against defending champion San Antonio Spurs. Since the Clippers are on the road in San Antonio, Grant said she will be relegated to posting videos of support from home.
“I like to engage fans on social media,” she said. “I’ll do different kinds of Clippers videos, different pictures, get the team riled up.”
But Grant isn’t just a basketball superfan accidentally caught on camera anymore. Her viral video fame — the clip was seen by millions — led to a dream gig for her: starring in an action series.
